i was doing my run today, having a jolly old time in williamstown, when i stumbled across a wallet just lying there on the ground. Plain Curiousity sparked me first to pick it up. I had a look through, and found the guys drivers lisence. It was handy because there was a cop station just 100 metres down the road.
As i got into the car to drive down to the police station, i looked to see if there was any money in it. And DANG! was there money in it! i saw lotsa lotsa green. I pulled it out and started to count. 11 hundred dollar notes! 2 fifties and a couple of tens and twenties. It Ended up having like 1240 dollars in it.
So guess what?
PARTAYYYY!!! DRINKS ON ME!!!!

haha nar nar nar. Took it to the coppers, and they got my details down and told me that if it wasnt claimed in 3 months then i would get it. Sweet i thought.
Pity they rang me up 2 hours later to say he came in to collect it. he was very grateful tho, and they told me he wanted to give me tickets to something to say thanks. Havent rung him yet, but will do. who wants to come if its something good?! hahaha.
its not often you find a wallet with a grand in it.
and that, people, was my adventure for the day.
