Entertaining Angels - Newsboys
Number 19 is Entertaining Angels from the sumpremo Newsboys. This song is off the cd Step up to the microphone realeased in 1998! This song was a favourite back when i was in grade 5! An oldie but definitely a winner. I thrashed the heck out of this song. Newsboys are definitely one of the greats of chrisitan rock, delivering 11 albums, with another on the way. I still havent seen these guys live, but if i was too, i would want this song to be on the song list for sure. The chorus chants "entertaining angels by the light of my tv screen, 24-7 you wait for me", too good!

yah.. well of course not now... but in the 1990's they were huge.. alot bigger than they are now...

nice. newsboys are a bit old school for me now, haven't listened to their stuff for ages, but who knows it might've made top 20. once again it's not my top newsboys song.. which i don't know of.. haha.

well clarifying that this isnt the top 20 now... but rahter of all time, the songs that i used to listen to hepas as well... of course, i still need to like them and stuff... but yeh, its not just for now, but its like since ever... if u get me

i think the problem for me is that i didn't have much music to choose from really.. so newsboys was it. or jars of clay or dc talk hehe. but i do have the entertaining angels maxi-single. a favourite of mine is 'always' (i think that's the name) on the live step up to the microphone vid i have at home. tis a bit heavy, it speaks of divorce, but yeah good song.
